finally finished after long hours of reading, and some other altercation (the U.S. forced me to leave my little hands away) , but my odyssey tube a happy ending, finish the book just a couple of minutes, and I could not take anymore, XD .... I'm writing here, well first of all this review does not contain spoiler so they can read quietly, first the official synopsis.
Synopsis:

Last Sacrifice is the latest book in the epic vampire series Richelle Mead ... and she saved the best for last.
Murder ... Love .. Jealousy, all gathered in this last chapter that Lissa's best friend, Rose is faced with enemies who do not want to see up to the royal throne.
When Rose is rescued from prison by his one true love, Dimitri, time is essential. She must prove his innocence and save his friend, even if it means making the ultimate sacrifice.
Personal Review:
Well now my comments, I've been waiting for this book for months, involving many hours creating theory and hypothesis, a more ludicrous than the other, there were parts that I consider something obvious, but others where a Queeeeeee scream! (seriously, that happened when I was on the bus, the positive and there was many people, so I think it goes unnoticed) , I can not deny that I laughed a lot, there was plenty of action.
What I loved most was that the end (which promised not to tell) was not so horrible, I mean, I appreciate that my assumptions were not met (I expected something like end of the world 2012, at the time my sadistic side surfaced, I know) and thanks to that I'm in my cloud (translation muuuuuuuuy happy) .
The only thing I did not like was that I wanted to get more information about certain characters, but I assume it was done to make the spin-off more attractive, in other words, we'll know in the next books, hayo which no time to read.
Well and that's been my amateur analysis, I want to hear your opinions, death threats, etc.
