Apparently a children's book, it addresses issues as profound as the meaning of life , friendship and love. In this story, Saint-Exupéry imagines himself lost in the Sahara desert, having had a fault on the plane. Then a little alien prince. In its conversations with him, the author reveals his own vision of human stupidity and the simple wisdom of children that most people lose when they grow up and become adults.
